this entry should be deleted, it's part of 1password already and they don't always update the version number of the input manager so programs like appfresh get confused.
It's just the input manager that comes with 1 Password so one can use it across different browsers. See http://agilewebsolutions.com/products/1Password for more info.
I own 1Password, but I don't have a clue what this is. And I can't seem to find out about it either. Googled it, visited the developer's site, not a clue. The only thing I found out was that it seems to be some kind of Input Manager add-on, but that says nothing to me.

If you are the developer of an app, you can take control by using the claim
function on the right hand side of the app view. This requires you to be
logged in.
