1Password

Version: Version 4.3 || Release Date: 2014-04-22 || License: Shareware (49.99) Developer: AgileBits | App Owner: dteare

Too many passwords to remember? 1Password can create strong, unique passwords for you, remember them, and restore them, all directly in your web browser.

1Password is a password manager that goes beyond simple password storage by integrating directly with your web browser to automatically log you into websites, enter credit card information, fill registration forms, and easily generate strong passwords.

Your passwords, identities, and credit cards, are just some of the confidential information that 1Password stores in one secure place, protected by the only password you will need to remember.

1Password has received numerous awards, including 4.5 mice from Macworld magazine, MacLife Editors pick, and was the Pick of Week on MacBreak Weekly by both Leo Laporte and Merlin Mann.

IPassword saves me countless hours filling in web forms, passwords, etc. I couldn't live without it.

Plus if you ever have an issue, their support is prompt, caring and effective.

They even follow up with you on any issues.

I'd give them 6 stars!

These guys have amazing support, a licensing structure that actually works for you, and that's not to mention the app, the iOS support, the constant updates and improvements. Great stuff!

and dare I say it Dropbox is also a nice app too but neither 1password or DB were not OMG how did someone sit in my head and make just what if I never knew...
well its like a ShamWOW yes they do work for pulling wetness and that.....
....well customer support may be THAT tremendous I am one of thoose that will read the FTM and usually I don't have to call support
IN A NUTSHELL DON'T BELIEVE THE HYPE WELL don't expect it to just import your mac keychain make it all secure then print you a magic key that can open it all and not be able to have the key in the emerald tablet ...well not w/out calling support I will assume

I own multiple Mac licenses so I crossed my fingers and emailed customer support at 9:22 EST on a Wednesday night asking to replace my latest Mac license with a Windows license. “Happiness Engineer” Nik L. responded 13 minutes later at 9:35 with a Windows license. 13 minutes! “Computer Whisperer” Marty S. followed up at 1:11 a.m. EST to ensure the license worked.

The folks at Agile Web Solutions displayed unparalleled customer service for what I already knew to be a superior product.

1Password is superior software and Agile Web Solutions’ customer support is prompt and impeccable.

I can't do without 1Password - Seriously. It's one of the first apps I install on all my Mac & PC machines and iOS devices.

Never have I found a more useful-on-a-daily-basis application.

On the rare occasion that customer support was needed (a crapware application was causing a conflict with 1Password), said support was also tops - Quick to reply, and quick to offer a solution. Not a suggestion, mind - A solution.

I was also happy that my emails were answered by a design/support team who can actually write in good English.

If you have more than one log in you need 1Password. It is the one addon/extension that I cannot do without. For those Twitter people who say that 1Password is not available for Firefox, here is what Mike at Agile Web Solutions told me:
"1Password is ready for Firefox 4 now; open 1Password and go to the 1Password Menu > Preferences > Browsers. Check the box next to Firefox 4 to enable the support for it:

About a year and a half ago I started using 1Password because RoboForm was not then available for the Mac desktop I just purchased. I found it's clean interface and ease-of-use to be a refreshing change from RoboForm.

I have now decided to go back to a Windows PC. (I didn't fall in love with the Mac like my friends promised.) But I did not want to go back to RoboForm. Not that I have any complaints about RoboForm. It's a great program that served me well for many years. It's just that I got spoiled by 1Password. Fortunately, the good people at 1Password were kind enough to convert my license on the Mac version to their new PC version at no cost. That's another point in favor of 1Password. Their customer service is prompt and personal

I've been around software apps for over 30 years - in all that time, i've found few apps that are as fantastic and simple as 1Password, by far the best password saver i've used (and there have been plenty) - what's more, in half a dozen cases where i contacted Agile support, i got immediate and exactly correct feedback within hours - i dare any other app maker to claim something like this

Great product and even better customer support!! in this day and age of comunication where every thing is a "press 1" or all automated and can never get ahold of anyone, the team at one password really take customer service and support to the next level. These guys take the time to talk to their customer and help them. Way to go 1 password!!!! Keep it up.

I was a PC user for decades and a constant user of RoboForm. When I finally "saw the light" and made the shift to a Mac, the one thing I truly missed was RoboForm. That is until I found 1Password, which is far superior to RoboForm. 1Password is great to use, is user friendly, and most importantly, the customer service is beyond reproach. NO ONE can compete in my opinion. Great product, great price, even greater support. You can't go wrong.
