ADPassword Utils is a package of two utilities:

ADPasswordMinder

ADPasswordChecker

These pair of utilites are for Mac users that have an Active Directory login account on their Mac OS X 10.4.x or later. The pair perferm similar functions, they will check the last date your password changed, and give you advanced warnings before your password expires. A must have for any one in an Active Directory environment.
