Airfoil
Use Airfoil to send any audio to one AirPort Express, to multiple AirPort Express units in sync, and even to other local Macs! It's your audio — everywhere.
With Airfoil you can take audio from any application and send to one or many AirPort Express units, as well as other local Macs running Airfoil Speakers, plus your local machine, all in sync! You can "wire" your whole house wirelessly and give your audio wings with Airfoil.
Use Airfoil for all your wireless audio:
- Transmit audio from RealPlayer, Windows Media Player, QuickTime Player, and other media players.
- Send audio from web-based applications like Pandora, Last.fm, and other to the AirPort Express.
- You can even stream audio from audio devices like RadioSHARK, XM and Sirius radios, around your house.

Cool, useful to "send" your sound to other devices.
Even with Airfoil closed, the app leaves your movie's audio out of sync, don't matter what player you use.
Airfoil's video player don't support subtitles.
Recommend Airfoil ONLY for playing music, since there's a 2 sec delay. Videos on internet for example have those 2sec.
What I love about the app is because sound buttons in keyboard work normally while playing iTunes.
$25 is a lot of money, especially regarded the fact that it adds a functionality Apple should have provided in the first place. But then especially the latest version with the built-in video player does an excellent job. In fact, I've got fewer problems (none, exactly) with AirFoil than with Airtunes. Also, I got excellent, quick feedback with a working solution when AirFoil didn't work with my new Draft-N Airport Express base stations.
Even if it seems expensive at first, it does an excellent job and is well supported.
There's a windows version too, I wonder if it would work with foobar2000 under Parallels or Fusion. Apparently there are some problems with foobar2000....
v2.0.8 is no longer capturing AOL Radio for me :(. Other apps work. Where's the old version at? (Capturing all system audio is a workaround.)
This app is rediculously overpriced for what it does. $25? Come on. Bring it down to $15 maybe, and we'll have a look at it.
I use this everyday, well worth the money. It means that i can run Internet radio from my radio widget through my stereo without any annoying cables. Perfect :)
