Alias Underground
Alias Underground stars Sydney Bristow, who, as in the TV show, works as a double agent for the organization SD-6. She thought the agency was part of the CIA when it recruited her, but she soon discovered that it really worked against the United States. Soon she joined the CIA with the intent of helping them foil SD-6’s plans, and she learned that her father, Jack Bristow, also claims ties to both groups.

No, this is an actual game - it was covered in MacAddict several years ago, as well as in MacGamer and in InsideMacGames. Originally it was episodic, with new stages released over a period of several weeks. It was really only a "game" in the sense that you could play missions like those in the TV show as Sidney (as well as another character from SD-6) - aside from that, it was pretty much an extended ad for the show's various corporate sponsors, like Ford and Nokia.
I'm surprised this is still up - I thought ABC took this down after Alias ended.
A TeeVee network site with pop-up ads? Borderline spam if you ask me.
