I tend to use this when I want video chat with Windows users, but don't want to convert the webcam stream to QuickTime, in which case I'd use Mercury.

I use this client. It has a very active community forum, and is actively developed. 0.96 is a major release with a plethora of bug fixes, and improved webcam support.

The only MSN client for Mac that supports video chat with Windows users. Also works with most USB web cams.
