AppFresh
AppFresh helps you to keep all applications, widgets, preference panes and application plugins installed on your Mac up to date. All from one place, easy to use and fully integrated into Mac OS X. It provides a central place to control the software updates available to your Mac, integrating most popular and most common update checking technologies such as Apple Software Update, Sparkle, Microsoft AutoUpdate and osx.iusethis.com. We want you to spend your time using your applications, not keeping them up to date!
AppFresh not only gets update information from iusethis.com. If you have an user profile at iusethis.com you can manage it from within AppFresh and control which applicationsit contains, even automatically. Using your iusethis profile also enables you to install applications you don't have on your computer. This comes in handy when you need to reinstall your computer and want your basic set of applications installed. Using AppFresh and an up to date iusethis profile makes this an easy task.

App somehow stayed expired even if I updated. Luckily it's now fixed.
Cannot change to "up to date" status even already downloaded and installed a newer version, yet still in "Update available" status? AppFresh 0.9.882
The current version does not work. It just list all my apps being address book, all my plug ins being flash, etc.
There's actually an even newer version available that I found by accident on their web server:

The app stopped working on Lion. I am running 0.9/877 or 878 (not sure as the version here is listed as 878 yet that version is later than 877 on the official website. The actual app only shows 0.9 and not the version of that.)
Anyway.. I now get a white window when I run the app and it's a hard crash for the app.. have to force quit it. Bummer. Same issue with my Macbook Air and my iMac.. both running Lion.
Not nice, because no PPC-Support!
0.9/862 is out, and now works on 10.7!

AppFresh 0.85.860: Repeatedly hangs/crashes on 10.7 (11A511) -- emailed the developers -- no reply.
Keeps crashing.. Last I installed that may affect it is the Snow Leopard font update.
