AppFresh 0.85.860: it claims that an update is available while 'Check for SAppFresh updates' says (correctly!) that there is no one.
Also the link to IuseThis insists that my registration is invalid....
I had also wishes, but first it must work!

@rayguaza11, indeed! Go to Preferences and turn off "Check for available Apple updates".

Apple updates take a very long time to complete, no way to turn it off.

Excellent app.

Does the application support keychain?
It is mentioned in the ChangeLog in Version 0.5.1 (Release Date: 2007-07-11), but I do not see any reference to AppFresh in keychain access. I use the latest version 0.8.5/854.

Glad to have it, but it's sure not perfect. I have 76 Unknown applications, and 25 with updates that aren't actually updates -- they're either downgrades or identical version numbers or alphas that are unstable.

One snafu so far; this thing downgraded my full 1.0 version of world of goo to the 1.2 demo. I'd think appfresh would check for something like that.

A really nice app to keep track of all pplication updates on your computer. Too bad that many apps just aren't recognized correctly.

sorry to bother you with that but impossible to download (the least uptodate
at the moment) : error by auto-check feature and check update menu option.

I would love to download it !

I have had no problems with Snow Leopard using AppFresh... Beautiful app ... beware of Cnet's knockoff 'techtracker' bleh!

What a brilliant app. Wish I'd found it years ago!

Works fine here on Snow Leopard.

It's not perfect, which is what you'd expect from a developer preview. So far I have about a 50% success rate on updates (LOADS of them just sit there on "Starting download", a few others fail for inexplicable reasons) but it's still saved me a heck of a lot of time thanks to what it does work with.

If there's any reason to use a Mac, this is one of them!
