AppleTrans
AppleTrans helps you localize web pages.
Steps to use.
1) Open English page in AppleTrans
2) Let it find the sentences which need translation (as opposed to html/php markup)
3) Translate each sentence by using your language skills, save the translation into the AppleTrans dictionary (called a corpus) and move on to the next sentence.
4) Save saves the bilingual AppleTrans file and the Corpus
5) Export to html/php!
When the English version is updated you can use the "corpus" to translate all which was translated before and you only need to translate what is new.

AppleTrans comes with help in the Help Menu. The list of keyboard shortcuts is long. You need only to learn a handful.
To do step 2 well try on a html file first as php may confuse the "segmenter".
