Aquatic Prime is a framework... Not sure it's appropriate for listing on this site... Where is the line drawn for what can be listed and what can't?

Don't get me wrong, it's a really nice security/license framework (needs some modification), I'm just concerned it's not something that really applies to a software tracking site.
