BlackBerry Desktop Software allows you to manage your BlackBerry® smartphone from your Mac

You can use BlackBerry® Desktop Manager to synchronize your organizer data (calendar entries, contacts, tasks, and notes and memos) between your BlackBerry device and your Mac computer. If you have an iTunes library on your computer, you can synchronize your music to your device.

You can also use the BlackBerry Desktop Manager to perform the following actions:

- charge your device
- back up and restore your device data
- add, update, or remove device applications

Man what poorly designed software, messed up clients blackberry. Need some real developers to fix this.

Sh*ty software that doesn't compensate the 4 years of delay. No real video or photo sync, must be done manual through the media card that pops up on the dekstop. I truly regret having bought that p.o.s. "smart"phone. And don't get me started on the hundreds, hundreds of issues i've had with syncing this, syncing that, the contacts, updating software, etc, etc, etc. I wish i had an iPhone...

SERIOUSLY? The USB power from the Mac is a feature of this software?
