"Calculator +" is the bets calculator I have used. Better that the native on from OS X. These People from phnsft are amazing. I use another App called Safe and it works great.
I use spotlight for any calculations I used to use calculator for. Just type in "1+1" to the spotlight window, and you'll see what I mean...
Hmm, nowadays I find myself just entering it in Spotlight. Or in a Google query, it is slightly more 'wordy' with SI units etc.
The programmer's calculator is REAL handy for bitwise stuff - I use it all the time when programming microcontrollers.
