i have been using this for a while now and it simply works. it downloads files in the order you specify (either by manually adding or drag and drop) by whatever amount at a time you desire. it also does a pretty decent job of remembering login information for specific domains and is capable of pausing and resuming downloads. why pay for some bloated download manager when you can have an efficient and configurable one like this for free?
If you are the developer of an app, you can take it over by using the claim
function on the right hand side of the app view. This requires you to be
logged in.
Opinions:
Works like a charm! For all those who don't want to remember the wget syntax (of man wget everytime).
Shinichiro Hirama released version 2.6.3 on 29th April 2007, which comes with German localization. I really like it.
