Better than just for comics. I can easily see using this for photography and video output (without all the kitsch text bubbles ;-). It's essentially a lightning quick layout manager with iPhoto integration, and some great export features.
Cons: some graphical glitches and dialog corruption, and doesn't handle HUGE libraries smoothly.
For a free bundled app, phenomenal! Probably well worth the price for new features.
This came bundled with my MacBook, it is great fun and easy to use. The only thing I can't figure out is if there is any way to publish to a web page - it seems your only option for web publishing is to publish to a .mac account.
This application is great! It came bundled with some apple machines recently. You take your digital pictures (excellent iPhoto integration) and put them into comic book templates. You can then put comic book speech bubbles on those pictures. It's simple and powerful. It allows you to publish web pages based on your comic.

Very fun tool. I wish this and camera phones would have been around when I was in college... man I know a bunch of people who could never run for public office.
Cheers,
Rich
