To me, this particular entry seems to fall out from the typical scope of iusethis, which, in my understanding, is strictly application-centric.

If posting tutorials is legitimate, it will lead to a whole other, much more saturated site, than what I think most people desire.

(But I might be the only one thinking so. In the end, it's all up to the site maintainers.)
