Counterparts Lite

Version: 1.0 || Release Date: 2014-05-27 || License: Commercial with demo ($6.99) Developer: Michel Fortin | App Owner: mifo

Counterparts Lite opens and saves files in the string table format used by OS X and iOS. String tables can be edited as a grid, and this grid can use another string table as a reference.

It’s not really hard to edit such string table files as text files. But if even if you are used to the format it’s not uncommon to forget a semicolon or forget to escape a special character.

Counterparts Lite let you edit string tables as a grid. The grid shows keys and strings on a line, and comments in between those lines, preserving the order in the file.

By using a reference file you can copy the structure of an existing document and see both side-by-side, making it easy to create a translation.

Counterparts Lite opens and saves files in the string table format used by OS X and iOS. It can also open compiled string tables.
