CuteClips Universal Binary

Version: 3.0 beta18 || Release Date: 2008-06-01 || License: Commercial with demo (15) Developer: Brik Software

CuteClips 3 is a complete re-write of the excellent multiple clipboard manager for Mac OS X. Building on CuteClips innovations, version 3 is a universal binary optimized to take advantage of the power of Intel-based Macs with tons of new features that deliver improvements throughout the entire application. Simple, elegant, and fully functional, this latest CuteClips release sets a new standard for multiple clipboard innovation.
Please notice: CuteClips 3 is currenty in beta not because it is instable, but just because it is incomplete. I don't want to release CuteClips 3 like this, there're a lot more features to come until 3.0 is out, so stay tuned. CuteClips 3 is so far much more stable and way faster than any other version of CuteClips before.

With CuteClips3 you don't have to worry about searching for old content you copied just a minute ago, just because you also copied something else just some seconds ago. CuteClips keeps track of the clips you recently copied!

You can easily access CuteClips3 by just pressing the hotkey, which is Cmd-Shift-V by default. You can also access CuteClips with the menu item that is provided in your menu bar.

Select any clip from the list of items you copied, while a nice preview of every clip helps you finding your clip.

CuteClips is a clipboard manager - it can keep multiple entries for later use. That is, you don't have to copy a single piece of text to the (standard) clipboard, immediately paste it, and start over again with the next piece of text.
Instead, just copy multiple pieces to CuteClip's own clipboard and paste them later, when you need them.

Sounds simple, but this is incredibly handy when working with texts, e.g. at the terminal: just store directory paths or commands with CuteClips and have them available again at once without having to re-enter them. Just let CuteClip pop up with a key shortcut, chose the piece of text you need, and it will be inserted as soon as you press "Enter".

I've tried other products on Mac OS but CuteClips seems to be the only one which can keep up with KDE's "Klipper".

CuteClips is a multiple clipboard manager. It has a simple, easy to use interface that allows quick access to stored clippings. Pasting as plain text is an option, so is pasting of multiple clippings with ease.

That's a much better description. But version 3 is still in beta with new features popping up. So far I'm impressed with it. I've tried other similar apps, including the most popular iClip and I really do prefer the to-the-point-with-ease design of CuteClips.

@ jailerjoe:
What CuteClips does is very simple: it gives you multiple clipboards.
It keeps a memory of the last items you have copied and allows you to paste any one of them with a simple click of your mouse.

Okay, so what is this app supposed to do? Looks like the admin forgot to actually tell us what CuteClips does.
