Darwine is a port of the Wine libraries to Darwin and Mac OS X.

The Wine project aims to allow a PC running a Unix-like operating system and the X Window System to execute programs originally written for Microsoft Windows. The name 'Wine' derives from the recursive acronym "Wine Is Not an Emulator".

http://thisismyinter.net/?p=29 has an installer so things work better and less errors pop up.. It looks like it gets updated a day or two earlier than the kronenberg builds do as well.

This site has the latest builds of Darwin, but they are compiled as a simple .app so you don't have to install anything or do anything complicated (just drag and drop like normal)

If you prefer to have your peace of mind, you can always invest in a copy of Crossover Office, which uses the same technology, but wraps it in a stable and prettier package.
