An intuitive and powerfull tool for 2d plotting (line, scatter, histogram, function), curve fitting and animated plots.
The demo is not time limited and offers a great number of functions (I couldn't yet figure out what the limitations of the demo are).
Plots look very professional.

I think the program has been renamed to DataGraph, but else it seems to be still the same:

The limitations of the demo are that you cannot export the graph as a graphic or print the graph. Of course you can always take a screen grab of a maximized graph and print it, but it's a little bit of a hassle.
That said, this is an extremely intuitive data plotter that produces excellent 2d graphs. This completely eclipses Excel for scientific plotting, if only for the ease of use.
