I use it only for its ability to hide all icons from my Desktop, so I have a clear screen with grey background grey and only the current application unhidden. Great if you need to work without distraction.
One of my favorite apps. I often get bored of my desktop background pretty quick and this little app makes it easy for me to change it every so often. I also use the "Lock Computer" feature. I use F16 as my hotkey and click it when I need to step away for a sec.
