Diablotin
Diablotin allows you to manage the items that have been added to the Mac OS X Library folders. This is a good way to make sure your operating system stays in order. This preference pane also allows you to enable/disable those items.

Very cool! A Preference Pane that allows you to view (and disable) all Contextual Menu Items, Fonts, Plug-ins, (other)Preference Panes, Quick-Time Plugins/Codecs/Add-ons, Screen Savers, Sounds, and Startup Items - even (with sufficient privileges) default system items!
A Must-Have!
