This program deletes application cache, logs, extra language files, trash, downloads, and mail downloads. It's very straight-forward and simple. For some reason, Lion tries to periodically reinstall minimal files for extra languages after you remove them entirely (something like 11+ gb), so this tool is quite helpful with scanning and removing.
