Hides/Shows non-running apps in the dock
Be more productive without the distraction of non-running application icons in the dock.
Why do we need to see the icons of apps that are not in use?
With launchers like Alfred or even spotlight you could reduce icons in the dock to just the ones you are using at the moment.
While you can accomplish the same effect Dockter does by typing one large command in the the Terminal, Dockter is just a 1 click app.
Dockter doesn't actually install any component or modify your system but just simply toggles a build in but hidden setting of Mac OS X Leopard and Snow Leopard on or off.
Want your old dock back, just run it again and the effect is reversed.
Running Dockter again reverses the previous process. So it's easy to undo the effect and restore the dock or turn it back on.
