Practical application for searching the Japanese Eijiro dictionary files (http://www.eijiro.jp/).
Searching of EIJIRO Viewer is quite simple. It searches from English data when you type English words, and from Japanese data when you type Japanese words.
EIJIRO Viewer fully utilizes the speech technology of Mac OS X to enable users to check pronunciations.

So how to get hold of the Eijiro files? You obviously have to pay for them, and the site is in Japanese...
This is one of the most minimalist and most used applications on my computer.
I use the Eijiro dictionary on a daily basis and this free app has become an essential tool for me.
