My opinion: skip this. i didn't care for it, and it had trouble with some FLV files. The Perian plugin for QuickTime is much better.

Junk. It still won't work properly with Leopard and they refuse to refund my money.

CosmoPod is a much better purchase.

NicePlayer can seek in .flv files. I'm note sure of the codec used, maybe Perian.

insantly deleted. it may have seeking compared to VLC but awful interface and playback performance IMHO. who needs a mini window of the same video playing simultaneously?? gave this 5 minutes of my time.

I find the movie info panel very useful for a quick rundown of stats without opening the fla if I pick up someone else's work. The inverval snapshot feature if handy for building non-flash versions of banners too.
