Probably the best and most complete "Get-Info" utility out there. Offering the ability to edit just about any file property you would want to, including the ability to interface with a chosen Hex editor or icon editor.
It works with both the Finder and Path Finder. It easily allows you to authenticate and modify files as "root". And of course it let's you do batch edits!
