Contextual menu plugin for MacOS X that lets you easily manipulate and change icons. It allows for processing the icons of multiple items at once, can generate an icon from clipboard PICT data, stores up to 80 icons in the stock for later use and lets you combine two icons to create folder icons.

(Note: Currently PPC only, works fine under Tiger.)
