This is more than just email. It manages voicemail for our corporate phone system. Also has nice calender features.

My long experience of it is the same as Exchange or Notes, as long as you don't connect this to the Internet, you're fine. But if you do, beware that these "corporate" monsters generally don't play well with Internet standards (RFCs) and generate a lot of crap...
