For whatever reason, I keep Flame, Bonjour Browser, Observation Post, and iStumbler around, all at the same time... iStumbler is a bit buggy for me, so I only really use it for a wifi stumbler, and not for Bonjour discovery. I tend to leave Observation Post open a lot of the time, as it monitors USB and FireWire devices as well as the mounting/unmounting of HDDs, all with Growl support. Flame does offer a tidier way to view Bonjour services, so it's definitely useful to keep around as well... But for people who use this, I'd check out Observation Post as well.
iStumbler does this and more, although i do like the GUI of this app :)
@bradbeattie, iStumbler allows you to either browse by service (like Bonjour Browser) or by host (like Flame) so you can replace both of those with that one app :)
I'd love it if Flame would incorporate the option to view by service (Bonjour Browser has this). As it doesn't, you kinda need both apps depending on how you want to find things.

I would recommend the following tags to be added; discovery, network, services.
Awesome app!
