Zillatube seems to be a Windows (only) application.
And this website is dedicated to Macintosh (only) software.
I found this "zillatube" software works. Very simple to use and it download youtube videos faster than usual. anyways, link is at http://www.zillatube.com
Unfortunatly, videodownloader.net still doesn't work for all videos, which makes Flash Video Downloader not work for all videos. I'm very close to finishing a brand new completly re-written version of Flash Video Downloader that won't have this problem.
Thanks for the help, but I'm not very computer savvy... Could you please explain HOW I would make the Flash Video Downloader work to get flash videos off of YouTube, etc.? It used to work just fine, but now it does not, and I don't understand how to "batch files."
I have tried for several weeks to download videos from YouTube with no success. Others are saying that they are having success. Am I the only one who cannot download from there?
Google Video and Dailymotion must have recently made some changes to their websites and for the moment are not working correctly with Flash Video Downloader. As I have mentioned, FVD queries http://videodownloader.net to find the FLV file to download. As a result, if videodownloader.net cannot download a file, than neither can FVD.
I've double checked and videodownloader.net cannot download Google Video or Dailymotion. I just send videodownloader.net an email telling them that these two sites are not working anymore, and hopefully they will fix it soon.
Flash Video Downloader is currently unable to download from Dailymotion and from Google Video. (I have been trying today.) It works for short seconds and then gives the information that the download was successful. But there's no FLV file anywhere.
It's able to download FLV fies from YouTube only.
(Maybe the application need some update.)

Yes, that's right... Version 1.3.2 remembers settings between sessions. No need to select the downloads folder everytime you use Flash Video Downloader.
I released version 1.3.2 a few days ago, I suggested the new version to iusethis a few minutes ago, but you can get 1.3.2 from MacUpdate. Version 1.3.2 does remember settings.
