just install the free plugin Perian and you'll be able to watch FLV in QuickTime ! This thing is useless.

Gustomela is right. While the current 0.85 release of VLC has some issiues with seeking flv files, the latest nightlies work perfect. Don't waste your time with FLV Player.

horrible GUI and totally useless, as VLC plays .flv flawlessly ;)
