Version: 1.2.3 || Release Date: 2010-05-31 || License: Commercial with demo ($9) Developer: Ironic Software, Ltd. | App Owner: factoryjoe

Solves the 'where did I save that file' problem.

Fresh was born on that sinking feeling we have whenever we head into the Finder to 'Find' that file that we are working on, just downloaded, or like to keep handy. Fresh is designed to hide itself when you are not using it - keeping your onscreen clutter of windows more managable.

The Cooler is my favorite part of this app. OS X should have a shelf like this built in.

@grayg Of the three things Fresh does, OS X only has one built in. OS X does have smart folders by recent creation/modification, but it isn't implemented nearly as nicely as Fresh. Fresh also has the ability to tag files, and keep certain files at your fingertips without having to clutter your desktop. OS X doesn't do any of these.

I can't understand how this is different that the built in ability for OS X to do custom folder filters or sort by date. I really can't understand how they can charge money for something that's built into the OS.

I love how these guys turn something so obvious (but not obviously missing from OS X) into a quick, efficient and effective program. Still not so sure about Leap though :-)

Got this for free over at (still available, but only for a few more days). Very simple interface and works great.

Great idea for a program. Works very well. Just like LEAP. These developers are really good.

Great software and great support
