@norz Found it: the events shown by the notified are those of the calendars currently shown on the google calendar web page.

I wish you could filter the events displayed by the calendar popup, to only show events from your main (or selected) calendar.

I didn't find this setting in the preferences file (~/Library/Preferences/com.google.GmailNotifier)

@ bitnix Gmail Notifr can check multiple gmail accounts.

To see all of your emails/events in the drop down menu and get rid of "View More" sub-menu:

- Click the Notifier menu bar icon.
- Hold the Command and Options keys while clicking Preferences.
- In the window that pops up, enter MaxMessagesOnMainMenu as the Key and 20 as the Value, click OK.
- Quit and re-open Google Notifier.

Neither Download nor Homepage link work in Germany, by intervention of a lame Snail Mail provider named «GMail», I guess.

Clicking this link to a disk image works in Germany, it was referenced by a German software directory. (But beware of clicking their «paid downloads»!)

if you search to unable the google updater:

~/Library/LaunchAgents/com.google.keystone.agent.plist

also read the comment of "gun" below (or next site)

Replacement menu bar icons so they match most other icons (ie, no color): http://tr.im/2d7

It seems they got rid of that crappy installer. Now you can install the application dragging it to the Applications folder.

I wish it could check more than one Gmail addresses... :(
