@ruby : from what I see, software you're referring to is a clone of video converter clones that started popping out on Windows platform years ago. Many names, different interface skins and limited functionality (dvd to avi, dvd to ipod, dvd to 3gpp, avi to dvd, avi to ipod, etc) for "only" $29... For these curious: check www.imtoo.com, www.xilisoft.com, www.pqdvd.com and try to spot differences.

These clones are based on ffmpeg/x264 libraries - exactly the same as Handbrake Lite uses, so could you please tell why do you think your software is better?

Here is another software that can convert dvd to iPod. It is better than handbrake.
