Harmonic always finds the lyrics you want, quickly and easily. You don't have to do a thing. Fire up the widget and play a song from iTunes. Leave it open in Dashboard and each song that plays will have lyrics added to it in the background while you work or play. It's that easy.

Mediocre at finding lyrics, but it's probably the most attractive lyrics widget and it's certainly the only one that's gone Universal as of this writing (that I know of). "Good enough" describes it well.
PearLyrics does the same (still available from macupdate btw), but actually finds more lyrics correctly than this.

Cool. Very cool. I'd like it if they could make an app that checks ALL items in my library, but a widget works well enough :)
Highly recommended, for filling in those pesky Lyric sections of MP3s.
