This is not the newest version. I'm currently using v0.9 of this.

I've tried a lot of alternatives, but find myself returning to Iconverter after a while anyway. It's been a while since it was last updated, and the icon looks quite horrible, but it works flawlessly and I'd recommend this over similar apps, such as Pinky, img2icns, etc.

Essential if you like to create your own icon sets rather than use the (sometimes) duff ones that come with the app.
