iDropper is an FTP file transfer system in two parts: The iDropper application, and the uploader client "droplets" which it creates. You can distribute the droplets (Mac or Windows) to anyone you wish, or use them on your own desktop.

iDropper is available in two versions to fit the needs of a wide range of users: iDropper Personal ($49) and iDropper Enterprise ($395).

I've tried it; it worked beautifully, but... they only advertise one price : $1,195, a bit more than you're saying here!
