Tip: Read the info tab.

How I use it:
* In iTunes: File > Show Duplicates; select all
* In iTunes: create a new playlist from this selection
* in iDupe: Scan selection for duplicates & dead tracks
* in iDupe: Mark results in iTunes
* in iDupe: Ditto, but also move media files to trash (moves all files without a checkmark in the iTunes playlist)

Has a user interface that makes it unusable for me anyways.

It's not multi-licensed, it's completely within the bounds of the GPL. The GPL includes provisions for the distribution of your software and source code gratis or for a fee. It's uncommon, simply because anyone who buys a copy can then go and redistribute the software themselves for free, legally. However, it is perfectly legitimate to charge a fee for GPL'd software.

According to the developer's website, iDupe is shareware (requests $8 for continued use), but the developer has also released the application under the GPL. How should it be listed here? "Other open source" is the best I can think of, since it's, in theory anyway, multi-licensed.
