Oh, and I also forgot to mention, this widget rocks! Extremely simple, but does the exactly what it's supposed to do, resize images, and does it really well. :)

I use Quicktime's Scale Image and Save as Format actions. Enables quick, two-keystroke resizing and reformatting of any image.

Great widget if resize images for web or just want to send photo via email!
