Only a subtitle converter / muxer. NOT an editor!

Note that the same task cannot be accomplished for free with Handbrake + Subler. It doesn't find the subtitle files for you. It doesn't automatically find metadata. It doesn't let you sync the subtitles visually. It doesn't add your finished file to iTunes. And so on, and so on... That's the reason I spent endless hours developing iSubtitle.
