You can iSync the Nokia 6300 without installing extra plugins, here is how I did it:

The same approach can be used to make other phones work as well.
I had a few problems with my S-E w850i. The sync doesn't cope with all-day multidate appointments well, but apart from that it works well. Support is very good and prompt.
I installed it for my Nokia 6300 and it worked straight away.
No trial download :(. However, for 10 Euro there's not that much risk. I installed and I was able to sync my new Nokia 6288 after a few minutes.
