Terminal.app is twice faster in running "ls -lR ~" than iTerm. I don't like antialiasing for terminal. It makes my eyes go fuzzy. The only feature that I miss in Terminal.app is the fullscreen. That's quite sexy.
Latest test release seems broken. Cuts of the bottom of the letters for me.
Until Terminal.app supports 256 color terminals, I'll be using iTerm exclusively. The ability to command-click links to open them (rather than right-clicking) is another reason I'll stick with iTerm.
Crotchety choosy Unix supremacists choose iTerm!
and it has anti aliased fonts too :)
Terminal has tabs! Sorry, iTerm! :D
Tabs. Full Screen mode. Anti-aliased fonts. Multiple sessions stored in that can be accessed via hot keys. If you use "ssh" or "vim" on Mac OS X, you should switch to iTerm. Excellent UTF-8 support. I would buy a license if it wasn't open source. I need to make a donation!
A tabbed terminal sounds awfully nice, but I decided to stick it through with Terminal.app so now I use that with GNU Screen for my "tabs".
Not quite as cool, but functional. :)
bleeding edge version supports full screen. Very shiny :)
I just wish that the bookmarking feature was easier to manage and add to.
I still haven't quite figured out why I use this, but I just can't seem to go back to Terminal.app...
