iTunes > File > Add To Library > Choose your library folder.
iTunes will import all files that aren't in the library already (ignores duplicates).
Then sort files by "Date added" (and/or create a smart playlist).
This does look like a nifty application, I just wouldn't spend 5 bucks on something that I may only do twice in my life and which can be done perfectly fine within iTunes. Sorry.
