iTunes skin Cappuccino allows you to change iTunes appearance to Cappuccino color, and aqua button.
To install -
1. Click right button of the mouse on iTunes.app.
2. Click on Show Package Contents.
3. Replace the file with the iTunes.rsrc in Contents/Resources.
Please copy original iTunes.rsrc.

iTunes could not be launched once this rsrc file was in place. I received a not enough memory error.

??? So, I do not know if this works... I installed the appropriate file for my iTunes version.
