Worst-case scenario, when-all-else-fails browser. I mean this in two respects. First, this is the acid test for your website in terms of accessibility. Second, I use lynx when my internet connection craps out and none of my GUI-based fancy pants browsers will work. Lynx was built for crap connections! Works for me nine times out of ten.

Used with gnu screen for uber-1337 "tabbed browsing" sessions.
