The "M3U Auto Export" exports iTunes Playlists to M3U-Playlists including a copy of the song files.
So you can use the playlist on a "not-Apple" device like car-mp3-radios or mp3-players.
You can also sync those M3U-Playlists after the export, if you have changed your playlist in iTunes.

M3U Auto Export is multi language (german and english).
