Needs update for Macbook Pro models released this month (April 2010). Also, iusethis' information is wrong, current version is 5.1

Im working @ a apple reseller store, we use this app several times every day. for technical work, when ppl want to buy ram memory for older computers etc etc. I almost wished that you would charge for it, cuz my bosses will never give away donations (what i know about) but would absolutly pay a couple of 100$ per license if they had to. Cuz ur app is worth it.

This is such a great app with tons and tons of information about Apple products.
But unfortunately, it takes a few months till there's an update available for Mactracker when new Apple products are introduced.

Ridiculously useful. thankyou for not adding all kinds of crazy rubbish to it. Its beautiful as it is.

Ridiculously useful and very well designed. It can be almost impossible to tell one model from another or to figure out the accepted lingo for describing a particular model without this application. But MacTracker makes this easy. The timeline feature is also hugely informative and interesting. Great app. I donated.

This is a nice and free application.
It is a reference "guide" to know the precise (processor, ram, video and more) specifications for new and older mac.
Even if you have to buy (or use to upgrade) an old mac you must use it!

Thanks to the creator of Mactracker :)

I concur with guns; I'm a tech at an Apple Service Provider and this program is invaluable. I've donated a couple of times, too.

great apps with a clean and simple interface. usefull for mac user to know their machine and other machine information.

neat-o. This information is online, of course, organized and searchable in the same fashion, but it's convenient for people who troubleshoot old macs.
