This utility rebuild database index and delete saved attachments (the original attachments are inside the mails, so don't worry ;-D)

Does this do something different from VacuumMail? I use VacuumMail but can always use more Mail slimming. The Mail Slimmer homepage is in Italian (which I do not speak) so I can't be sure of what is actually does. Anyone? Bueller? Bueller?
