2 Opinions:
The autoscan feature has been added. The way I develop my software is features are added by popular demand. When people email me a lot about tags, I'll add them if it seems useful to me. So drop me a mail and I'll see what I can do.
Not worth the money, IMO. It only has 3 real features to speak of: saved searches, a stats page, and a slick interface. That's it.
There's no way to auto-scan discs upon insertion. You have to locate the disc in the finder first and drag it to their special window (which you first have to activate via the menu). AND there are no tags or labels or categories or folders or groups or ANY way whatsoever to manually separate out sections of your media library from others. It's all just in one huge list.
If it had these missing features it might be worth the money, or if it were the exactly the same and just way cheaper. But not as is.
