1. This was a fork of HandBrake that got merged back in. It became the basis for for v0.8.
2. MacTheRipper is still being updated, though it's become somewhat of a hidden shareware product.
3. VisualHub is officially dead. If you pay for it then you're paying only in support of what was done, not anything to come.
Do they even update Mac The Ripper anymore? Visual Hub is very useful too but it's not free. Worth the money though. It's around $25-$30.
why not just use handbrake or mac the ripper?
